Who We Are

Natural Disaster Relief

Raising Funds for Natural Disaster Relief

The Miss Hall’s School community has reacted to the world’s recent catastrophic natural disaster events with the creation of the MHS Natural Disaster Relief Group (NDR). In keeping with the School’s mission of “contributing boldly and creatively to the common good,” this group of students, faculty and staff is dedicated to supporting people affected by natural disasters.

NDR is particularly focused on providing awareness and financial support to assist schools in Dominica, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Dominica and Puerto Rico were hit by Hurricane Maria in September. In Mexico, two earthquakes devastated central Mexico. With four members of the NDR group hailing from - or having family members in - these hard-hit areas, these students share a personal connection with the ravaged schools that need assistance.
