Girls' Leadership Project
Voice is the power to communicate ideas with authenticity and confidence, as well as the instrument by which girls can “connect [their] inner and outer worlds” (Carol Gilligan, In Another Voice).

It requires one to:

● present self and ideas confidently and authentically
● communicate effectively and appropriately in varied contexts
● advocate, negotiate, and set boundaries
● gracefully give and receive constructive criticism and praise
● demonstrate and command respect
● lead by example
The Girls’ Leadership Project (GLP) at Miss Hall's School is the ongoing exploration of what best helps girls become powerful, undeterred agents of their own futures. Find out more...
