International students begin their Miss Hall's experience by participating in a fun, four day orientation program with the entire school. Girls learn their way around school, schedule classes, begin to make friends, and have a few days to feel at home before classes begin. Our International Student Program at Miss Hall's School provides services to girls and their families who may need assistance in understanding the American Educational system and the boarding school culture. Over thirty percent of our student body are from countries outside the United States!

Classes for international students are carefully selected so that each student's language needs are met and her academic interests and talents are strengthened. We offer three levels of English as a Second Language, and have graduation requirements for international students to ensure their ability to succeed at American universities.
International Student Alliance
The International Student Alliance is a club that traditionally includes international and American students who work together to provide programs about diversity and other cultures to the school community. This club, the largest on campus, presents several dances, banquets, and cultural events each year.
Miss Hall's offers one-on-one weekly college counseling meetings for each international senior. Her counselor will help the student research appropriate schools, complete her application, appraise her essay, and help her to meet deadlines. The School also helps to schedule college visits and to prepare financial and legal documents for the university-bound graduate.
35% of Miss Hall's students are from countries other than the United States.
