Welcome to Academics at Miss Hall’s!
Here, students are thinkers, creators, problem solvers, global citizens, participants in a multicultural society and contributors to the common good. Here, faculty support each student in the discovery and exploration of her passions and challenge her to strive toward her best self as a humanities scholar, a scientist, a mathematician, a linguist, an athlete, an artist or any other path she may choose.
Through two signature programs - The Girls' Leadership Project
and Horizons -
Miss Hall’s has made a commitment to academic programing that both supports the way girls learn and guides them to develop core competencies in both leadership and service. These are: Vision, Voice, Interpersonal Efficacy, and Gumption. This integrated approach toward the teaching of girls defines us, and we believe that the growth of teenage girls and their development into authentic, respectful, and honorable young women is enhanced through this unique mix of programs.
With the opening of the new Academic Building in 2016, the addition of a new department in Engineering and Technology Innovation, the integration of five departments to make up STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics), and new interdisciplinary and innovation curricular initiatives Miss Hall’s prepares our students with the skills, generosity of spirit, and wisdom to lead a purposeful life.
We invite you to visit our expanded campus this year to see us in action!
