The addition of new teaching and learning and residential spaces on the Miss Hall’s campus began on July 8, 2015. The residential building, which opened in August 2016, provides dormitory rooms for thirty students and includes study spaces, indoor and outdoor common areas, and two faculty apartments. The new academic building, named Linn Hall, accommodates the Mathematics and Science Departments, as well as Horizons, and opened in November 2016. The Miss Hall's community dedicated the buildings with a celebration on September 30, 2016.
Linn Hall, the new academic building at Miss Hall's School, opened for classes on November 14, 2016. Linn houses the departments of Math, Science, Horizons and Engineering and Technology Innovation.
Expressive Arts Department Chair Sophie Lane '96 captured the creation of the new academic building (Linn Hall) and new dormitory from July 2015 through completion in November 2016 through time-lapse cameras stationed in various locations on campus.

These plans were altered slightly during the building process.
