Miss Hall’s School is excited to welcome Kristina Delgado back to campus. Along with being a proud MHS alumna, Kristy is a passionate international social change strategist, working at the intersection of social justice, policy, and humanitarian aid. She has worked within migrant advocacy and racial justice movements within the United States, Turkey, Germany, and, most recently, within international policy spheres at the United Nations system level. Kristy has dedicated her career to amplifying marginalized voices and crafting more inclusive and emotionally resonant strategies to provoke connection and challenge divisiveness.
After earning a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Germany, Kristy founded Hearts on Fleek in 2018 to advance intersectional strategies and build resilience in progressive movements. Prior to launching her business, she was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship and spent four years in Turkey, directing humanitarian relief programs for refugees from Syria and Iraq, before eventually pivoting her path to Germany in the Mediterranean Migrant Crisis.
Kristy holds a Bachelors of International Affairs and a minor in Arabic Language from the George Washington University. A New York City native, she transitioned this spring back to her hometown, but has also lived in El Salvador, Morocco, and Italy.
