Thank you to all who joined us on Saturday for the “Come Home” celebration recognizing 120 years of Miss Hall’s School.
We enjoyed seeing so many alumnae and friends — about 125 in all! — return to campus for an amazing afternoon of catching up, MHS athletics, a fantastic panel on girls’ leadership, and a barbecue in the Quad. After the barbecue, it was great to see so many of our visitors move to the Living Room and Dining Room and continue their conversations into the evening!
Thank you as well to our panelists, Head of School Julia Heaton, retired Head of School Jeannie Norris, and alumnae Melissa Fares ’10, Alisha Malkani ’13, and Masha Jones Slavin ’07, for sharing insights on “Girls’ Leadership, Past Present, and Future,” and to host Alison Basdekis, MHS Director of Horizons, for facilitating the discussion.
Thank you to everyone who asked questions, toured the campus and new buildings, stopped by the School Store to pick up MHS gear, and cheered on the soccer and volleyball teams. Update: JV volleyball won 3-0, and varsity volleyball battled back from a 0-2 deficit to beat Berkshire 3-2 and remain undefeated!
