The Miss Hall’s Board of Trustees invites you to celebrate the pioneering, student-centered Project G.I.R.L (Gumption in Real Life), a podcasting initiative that examines important issues affecting teenage girls. Led by current MHS students, recent alumnae, and Rebecca Cook-Dubin, the Phoebe Goodhue Milliken ’37 Chair of the English Department at Miss Hall’s, the conversation will explore student-designed curriculum and the classroom experience today, the Project G.I.R.L. research and design process, and original audio narratives. Head of School Julia Heaton and Dean of Academics and Faculty Lisa Alberti ’73 will be on hand to discuss innovation at Miss Hall’s. Chilton Club, Boston, 5:30 p.m. Register.
Join Julia Heaton in Southern California for a discussion about the growth and momentum at Miss Hall’s. This State of the School gathering of alumnae and friends will take place in conjunction with the National Association of Independent Schools’ 2019 conference, Reimagining Independent Schools: Tearing Down Walls, Building Capacity, and Designing Our Future.
